    All Tubes are double tested on my 2 calibrated TV-7B/U tube testers.  The recommended minimum value for these types of tubes is 42 (60%).  They tested at:  RCA 43, RCA 70, RCA 54, RCA 44, HYGRADE 70, HYGRADE 88, CUNN 69, CUNN 60, TUNG-SOL 70, SYLVANIA 82, ROY 56, MAGNATRON 44, OK 80, ST CUNN 78 & ST RAYTHEON 78, with no shorts.  The test results are written on all tubes.
    All of my items have a 30 day return policy, buyer pays shipping,  100% happy buyers is what I strive for.  If you ever have any issues with any of my items, PLEASE contact me before you open up a eBay case against me, I will make it right.  Shipping in cont.
