    Description

    Offered is a pair of tube socket assemblies for the early 199 type tubes.  These came from an early 1920's Battery Radio by Sears.  Each socket is mounted on the surface of a phenolic, bakelite or hard rubber board of 1/4 inch thickness.  The boards measure 1 1/2 X 3 1/8 inches in size. One assembly has three sockets and the other has two sockets.  The sockets are chrome rings with pin contacts mounted to the board from below.  The sockets are twist-lock types.  They are designed for type 99, 199 and 299 both UV and UX styles.  WD-11 types may also fit.  Grab these seldom-offered sockets for your own projects or for replacement use.  A little more than a pound packed up.  NO RESERVE!!
